AEA – Agency Executive Association was founded in 1972, and is a membership organization of over seventy nonprofit organizations serving Riverside County. AEA increases public awareness and understanding of the vital role nonprofits play at the local and state level by working with the media, elected officials and community leaders. In 2005, AEA became a program of The Resource Center for Nonprofit Management. Advocacy
Simply stated, advocacy is a means to make change. Funding for nonprofits is an issue of great importance. In 2006, AEA and The Resource Center are advocating for improved funding relationships with local city and county government funding entities. Find out how your organization can have a voice and help improve funding options in the Inland Empire. Meetings
AEA meets at 8:30 a.m. on the second Friday of each month. All meetings in 2008 will be held at the YWCA Riverside, California. |
